Exactly as pictured. Arrived very quickly. No smells. the hook and loop type patches that keep the adjustable leg pillow in place are a nice soft type of hook not too scratchy but keeps the pillow in place firmly. Very satisfied and would repurchase.

A good mattress, you can adjust the position of the roller, if you want to remove it. Before the first use, I carefully treated the steamer. We are 2 months old, 64, plus clothes for 68. While we put)) purchase is happy.
